Approach

Qvist Search creates true value for both customers and candidates because we focus on long-term employment. Therefore, we have developed our own headhunting concept, where we act as the customer's representative towards the candidate.

Priority

We start with the candidates' true job motivation and ambitions - matched with the clients' corporate culture. This naturally entails a slightly greater consumption of time, but in our experience it is an extremely effective method for finding the right match.

We provide guidance if you, as a candidate, have managed to describe your skills on your CV. We always decline in the process if you are not the one who gets the job, so it can be used for something in the future, no matter how annoying the rejection may be. At the same time, we are happy to give career advice along the way when we have held an interview. We of course treat all your information confidentially and above GDPR regulations. Everything is treated with utmost discretion.

Analysis and Research

At QS, we will not contact everyone - if we have written to you, you are specially selected. We have spent a long time either looking for you or you have been directly recommended, through our network.

You always receive thorough feedback after a process with us – whether you end up in a job or not. We strive to provide clean feedback and be as transparent as possible throughout the process. It is an extensive process, but the professionalism provides a high security for a long-term employment or benefit for future use.

Contact

We have spent a lot of time finding information about you, and would like to start by hearing from you in a 5-10 minutes introductory dialogue - here we talk about your experience and skills as well as your motivation for a possible job change before we get into the exact position we can offer.

Here we will, among other things, like to hear what you see as a good/bad leader. We usually do this over the phone out of consideration and respect for your time, and we do it to ensure that motivation and skills match the job and not the other way around.

Interview and Presentation

If we have agreed that you are a match for the position, you will be sent the position profile. after the first conversation. We will have an individual, discreet conversation, preferably in person, otherwise it can be done via Teams with you. Based on your CV, a personality test you will be sent the job profile you have now received in advance. Here, we take great care that you get the most out of it and plenty of feedback during the entire process. During the process, we naturally try to be flexible with timing that fits into your schedule.

If we decide together that you are the right match and you give consent that we may pass on your information, we will introduce you to the company, and you can then meet.

Discretion

It is important for us to point out that absolutely no one knows that we are talking before you give us permission to pass on your information. We take confidentiality and discretion very seriously

Follow up

If we get you employed, after 2-3 months of employment we will follow up on the onboarding process.

Here, the performance of the job profile and the candidate's function are covered.
